The WGM consists of a rotating/flashing (blue or orange) light and a signal for warning the surroundings of the systems presence and movement. The WGM is remotely operated from the RCM and/or OCM of the MX-System, wherefrom it can be 1) Turned off and on; 2) If on, active warning light constantly, warning sound only when moving; 3) If on, active warning light and sound only when moving. On the MD/MN-System, the WGM is pre-programmed and not remotely controlled.

The steel track further improve manoeuvring in bad terrain. The steel tracks are also a good option to consider when the system is to operate on hot surfaces. (set with 2 tracks)

On the outriggers. As the steel tracks, these should be considered as an option to the standard rubber pads, e.g. if the system is to operate on hot surfaces. (set with 4 pads)

The heat resistant hoses is an option to consider when working in hot environments. The hoses are put onto the hydraulic hoses to protect them when working with the arm and tool in very hot environments. The function of the heat resistant hoses is to protect the hydraulic hoses from the direct heat radiation and insulate to facilitate working in the environment for longer time. The heat resistant hose itself can withstand continues exposure to 260°C up to 1090°C for 15 to 20 minutes and up to 1650°C for 15-30 seconds. When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber transforms into a crust, creating a protective SiO2 refractory layer.

As an upgrade from the standard manual Quick Hitch, we offer the Integrated Remote Tool Change. This enables the remote changing of tools without manual intervention.

As an upgrade from the standard tool interface on the MX/MD/MN520 and 800, we can also offer a remote tool change including tilt and rotation. The additional +/-50-degree tilt function facilitates many operations. The tool interface is the same as above IRTC-OQ60-5.PLEASE NOTE! that some tools may not be possible to use due to the additional weight of the IRTC-TR, pls see max capacity of the system. (Tools already equipped with rotation can be ordered without if to use with IRTC-TR.)

The SRS-Series of robots can be equipped with the DBM at the front of the robot, replacing the front support legs (outriggers). The DBM can also function as support legs during manipulation with the arm by lowering the DBM for extra stability working in the front of the robot. The DBM is also equipped with manual support legs that can be stored in an upper position, but also repositioned down/out to further increase stability. However, pls note that in particular the front/side arm-working stability is affected in a negative way with the DBM.
